This is our frequently asked questions page and this is where we put answers for questions that are asked often by our community.
Thank you for choosing Jump Into PD! We hope you enjoy the course. Your next step is to check your email (the google account you provided during account creation). Within 2 hours you will receive 2 emails.
The first email is your receipt. There you will find detailed instructions for next steps, including a video to watch. You may also choose to enroll with Fresno Pacific University at this time.
The second email is an invite to join the Google Classroom for your course. Open it and click on “Accept” to begin your course.
Be sure and wait for at least 2 hours after enrollment AND check your spam folder. If you still do not see any emails from us, feel free and email Cathy at charrison@jumpintopd.com or Jennica jennica@jumpintopd.com and let us know. We will forward you the instructions as soon as we can.
The first fee is our Jump Into Professional Development fee which goes directly to us at Jump Into PD. You will often see this price fluctuate throughout the year due to sales and specials. The second fee is Fresno Pacific University’s and is non-negotiable. In order to earn the units associated with our courses, you must pay their fee ($80 per unit).
Email Cathy (charrison@jumpintopd.com) or Jennica (jennica@jumpintopd.com) for a credit or refund ASAP. As long as you have not joined the Google Classroom for the course, we will likely grant you a full refund.

Although all school districts do it differently, many require that professional development courses used for salary advancement must be from an accredited college or university. Many also require the submission of an official transcript from that college or university. Because of our relationship with Fresno Pacific University, all of these requirements are satisfied.
However, please contact your school district office prior to enrollment if you would like to request pre-approval. Check out our University Credits, Units, and Transcripts page for more information.
As we continue to grow and expand, our relationships with school districts will as well. To cross-reference our growing list of districts that have pre-approved our courses, view the answer to the question underneath this one. Despite what is listed on our site, however, sometimes school districts change their policies. Please ensure that your district is still accepting our courses before you enroll.
Although all schools do it differently, here is one possible way to get our courses pre-approved:
